Many issues can be resolved within 1-2 sessions however the majority of clients find that 3-4 sessions are beneficial.
With more complex issues clients may find they benefit from 4-6 sessions.
There is no obligation in the number of sessions and can be agreed in advance or reviewed on a session by session basis.
