1. What is Life Coaching?
A life coach is someone that helps to empower others by helping them make, achieve and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives.
Life coaching helps to clients too

Implement life skills to overcome challenging situations.
Deal with stress, anxiety, guilt and loss.
It I also help’s clients learn new skills by providing tools and techniques to
Face challenging situations in a more confident way.
Identify emotional barriers and triggers plus find ways to overcome these.
Enjoy and view life in a more positive way.
My approach to coaching is to provide all of the above in a safe nonjudgmental, confidential environment.
2. What does Life coaching do and how long do sessions last?
Life coaching sessions typically last about 60 minutes however depending on the package you choose this may differ. Click here for package information
Sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, or email.
During the sessions clients will discuss what they would like to improve and what areas they are struggling with. The aim is to allow clients to explore solutions in a safe environment with feedback and support rather than giving advice to ensure they achieve their goals.
You will never be forced to make any decisions that you don’t feel comfortable or happy with. All sessions are confidential, allowing you to express and explore your thoughts and feelings privately.
3. How can Life Coaching help?

4. How is life coaching different from counselling?
Counselling generally aims to solve problems by understanding what happened in the past.
Coaching is about understanding your emotions, how and why you react in a certain way and most importantly it’s about making a change for the future.
To counsel means to give advice. As a Life Coach no advice is given, instead various techniques including self discovery help the client to find the best path for themselves.
5. How long is a session?
Sessions usually last from 30 – 60 minutes depending on the client’s needs.
Session can be conducted via face-to-face, telephone or email so can easily fit in with the client’s schedule.
6. How many sessions are required?
Clients have as many or as few sessions as they require depending on their needs and goals.
Some Clients see a life coach every week, once a fortnight or once every few months. Your sessions are about You, for You.
